RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process customer shipments and provide the best shipping and packaging solution
- Package customer shipments in a professional manner
- Distribute mailbox customer mail and packages
- Provide basic printing services such as photo copy, scan, and file printing
- Handle all cash correctly
- Operate various document service machines (printer, scanner, fax, binding )
- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
- Outstanding phone skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math
- Prompt, reliable, and responsible
- Able to lift 40+ pounds
