We are a premier daycare center that has been serving the community for years, providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic staff to join our team and help us continue to provide exceptional care for our children.

As a member of our daycare staff, you will be responsible for engaging and caring for our children, creating a safe and welcoming environment, and implementing our developmentally appropriate curriculum. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children, loves being actively engaged in playing, teaching, and nurturing them, and is committed to our philosophy and values.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting
• Knowledge of early childhood development and best practices for early childhood education
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with parents, staff, and children
• Certification in Infant/Child CPR and First Aid
• Must have a background check from Idaho Health and Welfare

Responsibilities:

• Engage and care for children in a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment
• Implement our curriculum, which is based on the latest research on early childhood education
• Create a positive, supportive, and inclusive environment for children and families
• Communicate effectively and regularly with parents and colleagues regarding children's progress and needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom and play areas
• Attend professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education
