Are you looking for an opportunity to be a part of a small team focused on offering compassionate care for hospice patients?
As a member of our interdisciplinary team, the CNA will provide personal care services to terminally ill residents and perform related tasks in accordance with the plan of treatment assigned by the supervising nurse.
This position is responsible to the supervising nurse for carrying out the duties assigned in the plan of care to increase the level of comfort, to maintain personal hygiene and to provide a safe, healthy environment for the residents of Quiet Oaks Hospice House.
