We are looking for a Garden Manager that will be responsible for managing all internal and field operations. Coordinates and schedules the use of resources, including labor, equipment, and materials to ensure maximum use and completion of work within budget, safety guidelines, and quality standards. Promotes the growth and development of our crew members and assists them in carrying out their responsibilities as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Manages and schedules labor, equipment, and material to accomplish production schedules within established budgets.
• Ensures all work is completed per aesthetic requirements, and complies with safety policies and guidelines.
• Conducts regular inspections of properties to identify and rectify if needed.
• Maintains proper inventory of materials, equipment, and other supplies on hand to complete production activities.
• In charge of doing maintenance proposals
• Customer Service

Skills

• Strong attention to detail, follow-up, and excellent organizational skills.
• Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.
• Comfortable with software applications and programs, particularly Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Aspire, and file management skills.
• Must possess personal tact, discretion, and good judgment. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Schedule: Starting time 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or flex schedule off earlier if needed. (Children/school)

Bilingual Spanish/ English is a plus.

Company Vehicle provided

Starting pay is $20/h up to 40/h a week.
