Job description
Minutemen Staffing in Wapakoneta is seeking experienced candidates for the following positions: casting, melt, and trim. Starting at $17.00 per hour, paid weekly. Perfect attendance bonus.
1st shift (6:30am-3pm), 2nd shift (2:30pm-11pm), and 3rd shift (10:30pm-7am)
Production workers trim metal, cast aluminum metal molds, and operate a furnace that melts down material.
Previous experience in molding/casting is preferred. Training will be provided on the job. Forklift experience is a plus.
The work environment is hot. Production workers will be working near a furnace and must be comfortable working in extreme heat. Heat can fluctuate depending on the area of the plant.

A high school diploma or GED is required.
Applicants must pass a background and drug screening to be considered.
Dependable transportation is required for this position.
