Summary of Responsibilities:

Responsible for performing routine maintenance on the facility with activities including, but not limited to, painting, basic electrical, plumbing and HVAC (diagnosing) duties, and snow removal. Assist with furniture moves. May contact contractors for facility-related issues and evening/weekend/holiday coverage. Maintain a rotating on-call status.

Education Requirements:

• Associates degree from two-year Technical school (Preferred)
• OR Certificate from two-year Technical program (Preferred)
• OR Equivalent verified work experience greater than 5 years in the field of Maintenance.

Certification and Licensure Requirements:

• Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record Check
• Medical Screening (Drug Test, PPD Screening, Flu Vaccination
• Criminal History Clearance
• FBI Fingerprint Clearance
• Social Security Card
• Immigration and naturalization (I-9) Clearance

Experience and Skills:

• 2-5 Years Construction Maintenance (Required)
• 2-5 Years Basic Plumbing skills (Required)
• 2-5 Years Basic Electrical skills (Required)
