Locations: Nashville, TN and surrounding areas
Hours: Hours are typically 10am-7pm or 1pm-10pm depending on the account - must be flexible
Responsibilities:
Responsible for customer satisfaction, account retention, and strong employee relations.
- Work scheduling of account personnel
- Enforce work standards
- Conducting site evaluations/audits
- Inventory/equipment usage
- Budget control
- Troubleshooting/ problem solving
- Orientation/training of employees
- Safety compliance
- Customer relations
- Special project work as requested
- 3+ years experience in a supervisory/manager capacity
- Knowledge of Google applications
- Excellent people and leadership skills
- Demonstrated experience in coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team.
- Knowledge of human resource policies and practices
