We are professional, agile and our goal is to The tribal business San Ildefonso Custodial, LLC started with a focus on federal contracting in the custodial services space at Los Alamos National Laboratory. A new company name was needed to reflect current business growth in additional federal contracting services the company will offer. The company name changed to San Ildefonso Service, LLC and now we offer infrastructure construction services in federal contracting at Los Alamos National Laboratory. In addition to federal contracting, the company has taken over all management and operations for the two convenience stores on tribal land, they are named: Tewa Market & Fuel at Totavi Tewa Market & Fuel at White Rock.

General Manager Job Duties

The General Manager is expected to be on site daily, to develop and lead their staff, processes, and procedures for each of the above job responsibilities. Communicate daily with site manager, assistant manager, and staff. Inventory controls and monthly physical inventories are to be scheduled and followed.

Daily, critical inventory counts to be completed, reconciled and monitored for over and shorts

The goal of the General Manager is to increase sales and profit through maintaining a smooth daily operation, reviewing all cash and inventory controls, understanding store operations, and maintaining image.

The General Manager needs to establish a weekly personal work calendar to achieve the desired effect and results. Daily records need to be established specifically for growth of the site and reviewed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
