Pay range: Range from $80,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE
- Oversee and manage all areas of the store and make final decisions on matters of importance
- Work closely with Corporate office staff to ensure efficient delivery of services in the store
- Control the cost of labor through sales
- Manage the overall physical store
- Responsible for all financial related controls and security
- Strong communication skills, leadership, organizational, and knowledge of food and beverage
- Are performance-oriented and performance driven; understand performance expectations and are aware of performance results
- Recruit, interview, and hire team members, take disciplinary action, motivates and trains all staff
- Address and resolve guests’ and employees’ complaints
Supervise daily shift operations and ensure compliance with all store policies, standards and procedures - Operate all department equipment as necessary and report malfunctions
- Purchase appropriate supplies and manage inventories according to budget
- Supervise staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met
- Open and close store shifts and ensures completion of assigned shift checklist and other duties
- Manage financial aspect of the restaurant to meet or exceed budgeted expectations
- Take part in developing strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement
- Able to effectively plan, organize, and implement all daily operational routines and activities with the management team
- Able to serve as a role model and set a positive example for the entire team in all aspects of business and personnel practices
- Other additional tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in a full-service restaurant management position
- Certifications as required to comply with local, state and health codes (Manager ServSafe and Alcohol ServSafe mandatory)
- Ability to work a flexible full time schedule with long periods of time standing.
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Be able to perform well under pressure and high volume restaurant environment.
- Stable work experience with history of progression
- Reliable transportation

- Passion for helping and serving others (both customers and team members)
- Effective decision making and problem-solving skills
