Requirements:

• Must have management experience - Arby’s a plus. Fast food is preferred.
• Must have Serve Safe or certify at our location
• At least 1 year of General Manager experience or 2-3 years of Assistant Manager experience

Responsibilities:

• Must be able to guide Team Members, insure operating standards, and train and assist Team Members on all positions and tasks in the restaurant.
• Have strong communication skills through verbal and written means with employees, supervisors, guests, and vendors.
• Cashier experience with the ability to reconcile cash, complete manual and computer-based paperwork and forms, and monitor and maintain quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Managing the operations and restaurant staff
• Deliver high quality products in a clean, professional and safe environment.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls
• Create and manage staff schedules
• Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management

Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
