Background check, physical exam, and drug test required

Must be able to perform routine service or maintenance jobs

Must be able to perform outdoor yard maintenance

Excellent communication skills required, both oral and written

Must use Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and Power Point as well as other proprietary software
