Beautiful Interlachen Country Club located in Winter Park, FL has full and part-time opportunities available for Golf Department Outside Staff at our 18-hole championship course. We are seeking energetic candidates with a love of golf and customer service.
SUMMARY: Our Outside Staff plays a vital role in the Golf Department through exceptional member service to ensure a memorable golf experience for members and guests.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set up, maintain, and close the driving range daily.
- Pull and put away bags for golfers.
- Get updated tee sheet for the day and prepare carts for the day’s golfers.
- Update tee sheet as needed.
- Clean clubs, balls, carts, and towels.
- Clean and straighten Cart Barn as needed.
COMPENSATION: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience.

AVAILABILITY: Open availability, including holidays and weekends.
MENTAL/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- May be required to operate golf-specific heavy equipment safely.
- Must be able to lift 50-65 pounds.
- Must be able to work in the heat and sun for prolonged periods of time.
- May be required to stand for long periods of time.
- Requires occasional bending, reaching, stretching.
