Graphic Artist

Signatures Apparel is seeking a Graphic Artist to create visual text and imagery concepts by hand or using computer software. This individual should be a creative with the ability to create engaging and on-brand graphics related to embroidery, vinyl heat transfer printing, and promotional products.

Responsibilities:

· Conceptualize visuals based on requirements and adhere to provided corporate brand standards.

· Create images and layouts by hand or using design software.

· Test graphics across various media.

· Prepare draft mockups and present ideas with the ability to amend designs after feedback.

· Operate in-house machinery to program, load, and run designs as applicable.

· Maintain email correspondence with Signatures’ team internally and with external contacts.

· Assist Production Manager as necessary to ensure proper workflow.

· Use appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.

· Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

· Maintain internal production documentation regarding logo colorways, design placement, and decoration methods.

Competencies

· Proven graphic design experience.

· Knowledge of Photoshop, illustrator, InDesign, and other design software.

· A keen eye for aesthetics and details.

· Ability to multitask and stay organized.

· Cross-departmental communication.

· Strong decision-making skills and a results driven approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Experience:

• Graphic design: 2 years (Preferred)
• Adobe Creative Suite: 1 year (Preferred)
• Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (Preferred)
