OrthoRI is seeking to hire a professional, patient focused, energetic, Receptionist/Greeter at our new, state of the art flagship campus in Warwick.
Job Description:
Our Receptionist/Greeters are responsible for maximizing daily patient and clinical services by greeting and assisting patients in a very friendly and efficient manner. The Receptionist/Greeter will also direct vendors and visitors as needed to proper contacts.

Greet patients in a friendly, prompt, courteous and helpful manner
Verify Demographics
Update Insurance Information
Update EMR
Collect copays
Ability to triage patients and vendors appropriately
Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese a plus
Other duties as assigned
This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position. The shift will be 8:30am to 5:00pm
