Mobile Home Park Hiring for Grounds/Facilities Maintenance Person

Work mostly outdoors in a friendly and welcoming environment.

Rainier Mobile Home Park is hiring for a maintenance person to maintain the grounds, the park-owned facilities, and turn-around vacant mobile homes. Part-time or Full-time hours available depending on experience and capabilities.

We are looking for individuals that are responsible self-starters that can work well with-in a team. Candidates with property management experience would be ideal. All tools to do the job will be provided.

Position will include the following, but not limited to, these duties:

• Basic landscape maintenance
• Grounds & property maintenance including trash removal, etc
• Basic to intermediate plumbing and electrical repairs
• Facility maintenance
• Parking lot maintenance
• Working with underground utilities such as sewer and water lines
• Machine and small engine maintenance
• Mobile Home repairs
• Trash-Outs
• Sewer line maintenance and working with septic systems
• Projects, that may include digging, painting, carpentry, home remodels, trash outs, fence building, putting up streetlights, etc
• Emergency utility repairs
• Etc, Etc, Etc

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
• At least 2 years’ experience working in a trade, maintenance position, or other relevant work experience.
• Customer service, positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening

Compensation:

Based on experience, compensation will start between $16.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience. Some overtime opportunities may become available.

Paid-Time Off available.
