Job description
Growing rental community seeking someone who likes to work outside and get dirty. Your job will be to help us make the best first impression with potential tenants by keeping our grounds clean and tidy. This is a hands on manual labor job. Groundskeeper will also assist maintenance staff. Any knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and some carpentry is a plus. Will pay based on experience. Top pay will require HVAC experience. Must have valid drivers license, reliable vehicle with insurance, and basic tools.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
