We are seeking a full-time Grow Assistant to join our amazing team in our brand new state of the art indoor grow!
Greenfields is dedicated to providing our patients the highest quality cannabis products coupled with the best in class customer care.
Our team consists of professional, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, hardworking individuals that love to learn and grow with the industry!

Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay $18-$22 per hour, review after 30 days.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older and have a VALID MED issued badge
- Outgoing and driven
- Effectively and enthusiastically communicates with team members
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Consistent and timely attendance
- Hours of operation Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm; *These hours can and may vary depending on shifts and if hours change.
Physical Requirements:
- Health and physical aptitude in order to complete manual labor duties is required for the management of the facility.
- Ability to execute the following physical tasks: sitting, standing, walking, stretching, bending, leaning, twisting, reaching, performing repetitive motions, and carrying items and boxes.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and push and or pull up to 100 lbs.
