Welcome to Ella's! A waterfront restaurant with a picturesque view, and located directly on the St. Lawrence River in the quaint town of Morristown, New York, has an immediate opening for a Head Chef.

Our restaurant offers stunning views of both the St. Lawrence River, and Brockville, and our sunsets are second to none! Guests have the option of dining inside, or outside on our deck.

Responsibilities

As Head Chef, you would be responsible for directing and planning, preparation, production, and control of all culinary operations in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Direct and oversee all culinary operations, including production of meals, food quality and presentation, compliance with all safety, sanitation standards and regulations. Implementation of policies and procedures, cost control and overall profitability
• Meet the financial targets while achieving the food quality and service objective. Control the culinary budgeting process.
• Good attendance and be available to work on a regular basis.
