About The Role
We’re a business focussed on our patients, clinical and regulatory compliance, and growth. We need your leadership skills, regulatory expertise and resilience to help shape and deliver a framework that enables progression and regulatory and compliance throughout the business.
In this newly created role, you will report to the Quality & Governance Director to create regulatory frameworks that will support continuous improvement and define the compliance strategy for the business. Leading a newly restructured team, you will apply your leadership skills to develop and support the growth of the regulatory and compliance team. You will shape high quality decisions using a sound judgement against our strategic priorities. As an influential leader, you will build collaborative and proactive relationships with internal stakeholders to support how quality and governance is viewed in our business. In addition, you will establish strong working relationships with key external stakeholders, inclusive of the MHRA, CQC and GPHC to ensure LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare adhere to all regulatory requirements.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will have an array of regulatory and compliance experience gained ideally within a healthcare environment. You will have extensive experience of working with licensing regulators such as CQC, GPHC & MHRA, and establishing frameworks to embed this as part of business-as-usual activities. You will be a leader, an influencer and somebody who is able to challenge the status quo and push the boundaries. You will drive collaboration across key functions and encourage a culture of accountability. In addition, you will be comfortable with occasional travel to our LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare sites across Harlow, Derby, Glasgow and Coventry.About Us
