My Health Onsite manages employer sponsored health & wellness centers. Our medical team takes time to build strong relationships. No one is rushed in and out, and no one is a “number.” Patients may access a range of medical services including x-ray, an onsite pharmacy, wellness services, treatment for acute illnesses and chronic conditions. Our programs go beyond caring for the sick and injured – we make prevention our number one goal.


Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8a-5p


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with the Clinical Operations Director to include submission of a weekly update report.
  • Assist the Clinical Operations Director with the oversight of day to day health center operations
  • Under the guidance of the Clinical Operations Director, provides leadership and guidance to ancillary staff
  • Ensure excellent customer service is provided to patients
  • Plan work schedules and review/approve time off
  • Order medications and supplies as needed
  • Perform monthly safety audits
  • Assist the Clinical Operations Director with talent management life cycle including recruiting, onboarding, mentoring/developing, engagement, training, retention, performance management and succession planning
  • Maintain patient confidence and ensure confidentiality of patient care information
  • Assist with other duties as directed by the Clinical Operations Director
  • 50% travel to health centers in the Charlotte County/Cape Coral areas as needed. This position is eligible for mileage reimbursement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in related field
  • Current registration with the Florida State Board of Nursing as a RN or LPN or MA certification or diploma
  • BLS for Healthcare Providers
  • Required travel between three assigned health centers and various locations within the communities
  • At least 3 years of experience, preferably in primary or urgent care setting
  • 1 year management experience

  • Ability to effectively communicate with staff and patients using excellent written and verbal skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong decision making skills and detail oriented
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well as a team member
