As our Healthcare Recruiter Lead, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:
- Lead all Talent Acquisition functions, including: recruitment, hiring, onboarding, retention, employee/labor relations, compensation, benefits and employee development
- This position will be the lead recruiter for our Hospital Staffing Division focusing on Nurses and Allied health contracts
- Manage, develop and monitor KPI attainment of recruiting team
- Manage recruitment efforts, conduct new hire orientations and employee credentialing
- Oversee talent acquisition, ATS utilization and all recruiting resources
A few must-haves for our Healthcare Recruiters:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of Full Cycle Recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare
- Successful leadership experience in a recruiting or HR environment
- Knowledge of employment laws, HR practices and the healthcare industry
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and computer software proficiency
