As our Healthcare Recruiter Lead, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

• Lead all Talent Acquisition functions, including: recruitment, hiring, onboarding, retention, employee/labor relations, compensation, benefits and employee development
• This position will be the lead recruiter for our Hospital Staffing Division focusing on Nurses and Allied health contracts
• Manage, develop and monitor KPI attainment of recruiting team
• Manage recruitment efforts, conduct new hire orientations and employee credentialing
• Oversee talent acquisition, ATS utilization and all recruiting resources

A few must-haves for our Healthcare Recruiters:

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of Full Cycle Recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare
• Successful leadership experience in a recruiting or HR environment
• Knowledge of employment laws, HR practices and the healthcare industry
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and computer software proficiency

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
