What you’ll be doing
You’ll be provided with the training and support required to help you develop your career within IT.
As a call analyst, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing first-class, professional and friendly support and technical assistance:
- Responding to incoming calls and emails
- Troubleshooting problems, providing a first time fix where possible
- Diagnosing system errors and other issues
- Logging events, problems and their resolution
- Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues
- Requesting feedback and/or monitoring calls and other methods of correspondence to improve training methods
- Installing or changing software to fix issues

- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Determination to continuously improve and grow in your role
- Enjoy taking ownership to achieve a successful resolution
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of hardware, software, databases and remote access
- An understanding of corporate IT functions such as Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
- Strong troubleshooting skills
