- Provides High Limit guests with wine, liquor, food items, and cigars as ordered.
- Has extensive knowledge of wine; offers food and wine pairings, understands vintages, ensures proper wine storage and service, and can accurately describe the taste and textures of various wines to our High Limit guests.
- Has culinary knowledge to satisfy the most discriminating palates, by providing our High Limit guests with any menu item they request.
- Maintains a flawless relationship with our Player Development Team to accurately communicate the needs of our High Limit guests.
- Develops bar recipes unique to the High Limit gaming area, and continually strives to accommodate the Food & Beverage needs and desires of High Limit guests.
- Follows the High Limit Room Service Standards when servicing guests.
- Responsible for timely delivery and overall guest satisfaction regarding all Food & Beverage orders.
- Responsible for building lasting relationships with guests and knowing players’ likes and dislikes. Maintains accurate levels of all beverages and food items based the special requests of the High Limit clientele.
- Develops, maintains, and enhances relationships with existing players, by possessing the knowledge of guest’s expectations, food and beverage choices, as well as their preferred amenities.
- Maintains the confidentiality of all Company and Player information.
- Accurately handles and accounts for all cash sales.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- One year of high-volume bartending experience preferred.
- Extensive Customer Service experience, preferably in a Casino environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain responsible alcohol service certification.
- Must be able to obtain a valid indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission Liquor Permit prior to the commencement of employment.
- Familiarity with and product knowledge of beverages, including beer, wine, and spirits, and garnishes.
- Must be able to learn, retain, and apply on the job, all knowledge taught in High Limit training, including but not limited to beer menus, cocktail and food menus, and all service standards.
- Must have basic reading and math skills for recipes and measurements.
