FLAG Solutions is hiring a Parts Cleaner at a manufacturer of plumbing product such as water stoppers, valves and hoses for the new construction and repair and remodel markets in Lancaster, Texas.

Pay rate: $16.40/hr

2nd shift: 3:30pm-12:00am M-F

Must have production experience and sanitation experience preferable.

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Dipping finished parts into chemicals
• Will move raw material.
• Stage product.
• Packaged product.
• Clean product.
• Have working knowledge of English language.
• Able to lift 30 - 40 lbs frequently.
• Pass forklift operator examine and operate power equipment safely.
• Must learn how to observe safety procedure in Plating Room
• Handling of chemicals, use of PPE, use of SDS,
• Must know how to prepare chemical and observe chemical addition schedule.
• Learn preventive maintenance schedule of the equipment.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and demonstrated successful ability to build positive partnerships, while working collaboratively with cross-functional business teams
• Demonstrated successful ability to organize and prioritize work to ensure timely deadlines
• Ability to function at a high level of effectiveness, flexibility, independence and initiative without daily interaction with management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.40 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
