Prestige Home Care Agency is a skilled and unskilled agency that is seeking a motivated and goal oriented individual to join our team as a Home Health Aide (HHA).

As an HHA you would perform in-home visits to those in need of personal and home assistance.

This position can be part-time AND/OR full-time, up to you! Cases are available throughout Philadelphia, Bucks and Montgomery counties.

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing health care services in patients residences
• Performing domestic and household tasks
• Assisting with clients personal care activities
• Monitoring patients and reporting on their condition
• Maintaining patients care records and documenting provided services
• Instructing and counseling patients and families on applicable topics
• Providing care in line with patient’s care plan

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
