Home Health company in East Tennessee looking for experienced RNs to work closely with the interdisciplinary home health team and clients to assess and monitor patients’ needs, ensure that treatment and care are conducted according to the procedures of the facility, as well as administer medications and perform other related tasks.
Registered Nurse Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive/ Negotiable Pay based off of experience
- Long or short shifts depending on nature of client
- WEEKLY PAY
- NOW HIRING PRN and Part - Time positions
Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
- Assess clients’ condition during every visit and track any observations
- Take and record measurements of vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.
- Administer medication as prescribed by the client’s physician
- Assist with IV infusions along with other vascular access
- Continuously educate clients, their families and other caretakers on proper home health care strategies and procedures
- Listen to clients and be prepared to respond to concerns or requests
Registered Nurse Requirements:
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program
- COVID-19 Vaccine, TB and other vaccines up to date
- IV/Vascular access experience
- Hospital or Post Acute experience
- Familiarity with navigating with GPS
- Current nursing unencumbered license in the state of TN
- Current CPR (American Heart Association) Certification
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and with directions
- Compassionate and friendly demeanor
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word to document and track client care activity
