Job description

We are looking for someone to join our team as the RN, Field Nurse who:

• Performs field visits for admission of patients to home health services. Evaluates and documents on Oasis charting forms. Case conferences on patient care issues.
• Multiple positions for specific locations primarily in the Palmdale and Lancaster areas. Mileage reimbursement provided for nurses driving out of area.
• Assist with documentation, using tablet device, office support, Point Click care software app for easy charting.
• As well as all other nursing duties as needed.

Starting Rate(s): Based on experience

Required Licenses/Certifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in state of practice: Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
• Valid Driver's License (DL): Required
• Current automobile insurance and a reliable automobile: Required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $66.00 - $100.00 per hour
