In this Office Intake and scheduling role, you would act as the office organizational pro in the Boca Raton, FL area. We are looking for someone who has the ability to work independently, is a self starter, and possesses strong critical thinking skills.

What You Would be Responsible for:

  • Organizes and directs the agency's on-going functions and works closely with the office administrator, Director of Nursing, clinical managers, and sales/marketing team
  • Involved in intakes, orders, and scheduling
  • Maintain self in a professional manner at all times
  • Other responsibilities will be assigned

Haven Qualification Standards:

  • Must be a high school graduate
  • Health care experience
