Hospital Equipment Management Systems Specialist
Job description
Responsible for receipt and issue of all FIX requests and follow-up for completion. Responsible for maintaining Hospital Equipment Management Software (HEMS). Monitors all work orders for compliance. Reports all work orders coming close to due dates to Operations Coordinators and Supervisor prior to expiration. Responsible for furnishing daily information regarding job status and existing workload to supervisor and manager. Responsible for coordinating response(s) to STAT situations during shift.
Required Qualifications:
- Require three (3) years of mechanical and materials experience, preferably in large plant operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prefer excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as problem solving, scheduling and research skills.
- Prefer the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Prefer proficiency with commonly used office applications and database management tools.
Mandatory Education:
HS EQ: High School Diploma, GED or Certificate
Preferred Education:
AD: Associate's Degree
