Job Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of a Driver/Bellman include:

• Greeting and conversing with guests in a professional manner
• Responsible for driving vehicle from hotel to appropriate destination according to assigned schedule
• Carries guest luggage to and from vehicle.
• Obeys California State and city traffic laws
• Keeps company vehicle in a clean and respectable condition
• Listening and responding to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice
• Maintaining an up to date working knowledge of all property amenities as well as any special event
• Delivers amenities and other items to guest rooms.
• Assists guests with any other reasonable request

Job Requirements

The ideal Driver/Bellman candidate will have some previous Bell experience, exceptional communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for positive, upbeat individuals who can deliver total guest satisfaction.

The minimum qualifications for this position are:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Valid Class C driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Must be a US citizen or have a valid US work Permit/Visa
• Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm, professional manner
• Must have the ability to communicate clearly and directly with guests using a positive, clear speaking voice
• Must have the ability to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.80 per hour
