Hotel Front Desk (Full-Time and/or Part-Time)

The Cambria Hotel, located in the budding Plex Community near the TBK Bank Sports Complex, is hiring! We're looking for PEOPLE people to join our team!

A little bit about the position:
- We're PEOPLE people, so providing excellent customer service is our highest priority!
- You'll primarily be interacting directly with guests in person and on the phone to schedule and confirm reservations, including check-ins and check-outs. You'll also be the go-to person for current guests for questions or concerns, so good listening and problem-solving skills will serve you well in this position!
What you can expect from Frontier Hospitality Group and the Cambria Hotel as a Guest Service Agent:
- As we head into our busy season (hello, Summer!!), we currently have openings for each shift, as well as mid/flex-shift openings:
- First shift (7:00am - 3:00pm), Second shift (3:00pm - 11:00pm), Third Shift (11:00pm - 7:00am)
- Weekends are BUSTLING at the Cambria Hotel, so Friday, Saturday, Sunday availability may be required
- $14 if you're just starting your career in customer service and the potential for more if you're a seasoned customer service pro!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engages and connects with guests in person, and over the phone.
- Responsible for inputting guests reservations/changes/cancellations through in-house computer applications and communicating through email.
- Quickly responds to guest questions, requests, and complaints.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fluctuating environment.
- Other duties as required with the department.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED (nice to have but not required).
- Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
