Job description
Major Responsibilities:
· Assist with Stocking needs
· Maintaining shelf organization in the storage areas
· Sweeping stairwells.
· Removing trash from all public area and office waste cans
· Mopping tile floors in public areas
· Maintain cleanliness in vending rooms – mop floor, empty trash, wipe down machines
· Completing basic maintenance repairs per work orders.
· Delivering special request items such as cribs, cots, ozone machines to rooms
· Provide a 10-minute response time to guest requests that directly affect guest comfort, needs, or security (TV, HVAC, plumbing, light bulbs/fixtures, door locks, etc).
· Picking up trash from parking lot and landscaped areas.
· Interior/Exterior walkthrough's and light maintenance
· Moving furniture for deep cleans
· Monthly/Quarterly Room Preventative Maintenance projects
· Set up/tear down/refresh conference room per agenda
· Maintain order in pool and fitness area, throughout shift
·Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
