We are considered to be the “Google of Gold” Located in the heart of Brentwood, we offer a state of the art facility with a modern feel. Our newly expanded spacious office offers expansive views from Downtown LA to the Santa Monica Mountains, from Century City to the Pacific Ocean! We are seeking a full time Office Housekeeper to support our office space!
About You:
The ideal candidate has an eye for cleanliness, preventative maintenance, and safety and is able to communicate effectively with the staff.

Responsibilities:
- Performs Preventive Maintenance and Safety responsibilities
- Responsible for keeping the cleanliness of the entire office space
- Maintain and keep the office kitchen clean; washing dishes, taking out the trash, wiping down dining tables
- Comfortable cleaning 3 office bathrooms on a regular basis throughout the day
- Pays close attention to detail: wiping down glass doors, dusting, and keeps the office tidy at all times
- Observes the condition of the office throughout the community and immediately report and/or initiate action to correct unsafe conditions. Always maintains awareness of proper safety precautions.

Summary of Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience
- Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
