A Room Attendant…

• Enhance Quality Assurance Standards
• Promote safety awareness and practice safe work
• Support and comply with hotel policies and procedures
• Be a cooperative, enthusiastic and productive "teammate"
• Achieve productivity goals
• Enhance the "guest experience" by making a positive contribution
• Effectively communicate with supervisors and co-workers
• Participate in department meetings
• Perform other normal housekeeping and cleaning duties as assigned
• Perform turn-down service as directed
• End of shift, clean, organize and restock housekeeper cart

Job Requirements:

· Multi-task and detail-oriented

· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, a team player

· Acceptable oral, verbal, and written communication skills

· Problem Solver - Skilled in handling guests issues and resolving them

· Professional Appearance and excellent attendance and punctuality

· Will be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays

· Cross trained in laundry operations
