What you will be doing:

• Take ownership of guests’ privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional service
• Being a team player in assisting the Housekeeping Attendants to ensure guest rooms are prepared efficiently
• Offer professional, friendly and engaging service to all guests and responding timely to any special requests
• Organize and maintain inventory

Your experience and skills include:

• Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset
• Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
• Excellent organizational skills and time management

How to attend

Enter in the resort on Mauna Lani Drive and proceed for about a mile to the round-about. Take the first right turn / cut off which is North Kaniku Drive. Stay on North Kaniku Drive until you reach our service and employee entrance on the left. Utilize the intercom system to request access into the gate, you will now be in our guest parking lot. Continue down this drive take the first right hand turn into our parking area.

Find any available parking stall, when you exit your vehicle walk north towards our main entrance. There will be a pathway on the right hand side that will bring you to the lobby. Inform our Guest Services & Front Office team that you are here for our Hiring Event, they will provide you with directions to our Promenade Ballrooms
