RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The Housing Manager is responsible for the security, physical upkeep, and maintenance of the assigned site.
• · Purchasing of food and supplies for the facility.
• · Prepare reports regarding CRC clients, facilities, food, supplies and vehicles.
• · He/she is also responsible for de-escalating of clients acting out and provide recovery discussion and consultations when necessary.
• · Must attend staff meeting(s) and in-service training(s).
• · Provides one-on-one supportive guidance to clients targeting areas of focus.
• · Provide group facilitation of Life Skills and Basic Living Skills training.
• · Must be active and attentive to the needs of the clients.
• · Maybe asked to transport adults at times (when applicable).
• · Must dress appropriate for the nature of work.
• · Other duties as assigned.

DUTIES:

· Must report for work on time and notify immediate supervisor in the event that going to be late or you’re unable to make it to work.

• · Must review facility, conduct head counts and receive facility keys at the start of duty.
• · Documentation should be consistent with the CRC THEP Standards.
• · Must assure that facility is neat and clean prior to ending shift.
• · Must complete all orientation and admission paperwork on each client admitted during their shift, no exceptions.
• · Must complete incident reports and notify immediate supervisor of any major incidents along with any property damage.
• · Must complete maintenance checklist, inventories, on-duty checklist, along with all forms related to your duties and responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
