Job Summary:

Red Sky Lighting is seeking a passionate and self-motivated HR Generalist to join our team at our new office in Rancho Cucamonga. The ideal candidate will be easy going with other colleagues, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations of our business, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and training and development. Equipped with our HR platform (Bambee.com) and their professional supports, your work efficiency will be enhanced significantly.

Responsibilities:

· Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing candidates, and making hiring recommendations

· Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with our business goals and objectives.

· Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and compliance

· Conduct effective onboarding and training programs for new employees

· Manage the performance review process and provide coaching and feedback to employees to help them achieve their goals

· Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations

· Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment and administration

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and files

· Provide support for HR-related projects as needed

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field

· 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment

· Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
