We are looking for an HR Business Partner who will support the different leadership teams throughout the different locations in Idaho. We are looking for someone who enjoys engaging with leaders and employees, driving a positive culture and supporting retention and employment satisfaction efforts. This role will partner with leaders on HR-related duties on a professional level. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Talent Strategies that support and help drive positive culture, Employee Relations, Leadership and HR Training, Performance Management, Policy Implementation, and Employment Law Compliance.
This position requires requires the individual to travel between the different locations throughout the market (located from Boise, Idaho areas to Pocatello, Idaho).
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in Human Resource role (leadership level role).
- Working knowledge of Idaho State and Federal labor laws.
- Healthcare experience preferred
- PHR or SPHR Certification a plus

- Great interpersonal skills and able to build positive work relationships, trust and motivation with leadership teams.
- A highly organized and detail-oriented professional who can work independently, but who also functions as a team member.
- A positive, flexible and caring personality who displays good judgment, inspires confidence and handles confidential matters with discretion.
- Effective communicator, both written and oral, who is an articulate speaker, trainer, and focused listener.
- Adept at MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint with the ability to learn programs quickly.
**Will travel 75% of the time throughout the market across the state of Idaho with additional travel to other Markets or the Service Center located in San Juan Capistrano for meetings or acquisitions.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
