Roles and Responsibilities:

Job Summary/Overview:

HR Programs Professional is responsible for managing and executing Strategic HR programs, project initiatives, managing change, process improvements, tracking OKRs 'and other metrics, and driving HR functional excellence. This role will require you to work closely with business leaders and internal stakeholders within the People Operations team. This position will bring in-depth understanding of external best practices and innovative trends to apply them to the HR programs and technologies.


Specific Job Duties:

  • Develops the roadmap for all HR programs and cascades roadmap into an overall project plan.
  • Project Manages multiple initiatives, set expectations and successfully deliver on project deliverables
  • Leads project management activities including defining project scope, planning, identifying resources, budgeting and developing timelines.
  • Creates project plans to ensure deadlines are met, anticipates potential roadblocks and risks, escalate, and solve issues as they arise. Drive timely execution of desired project outcomes.
  • Monitors and reports on project progress and keep relevant team members informed of upcoming deliverables/milestones
  • Identifies, communicates, and escalates issues and challenges in a timely manner
  • Manages schedule and coordinates engagement with key stakeholders including core team members, and extended team members impacted by project work streams and outcomes
  • Provide insightful analytics and creates & maintain dashboards for all programs & projects
  • Work with other COE's and business partners to continuously update and provide strategic insights to the business
  • Drive the management systems for the projects, structuring communication and meeting cadence, managing timelines, owning documentation and record keeping, and driving plans across teams to ensure project success
  • Develop and coordinate communication strategies, change management, and activities designed to educate, inform and train employees & leaders about our programs
  • Strategically assess the effectiveness of current programs in achieving organizational objectives; identifies best practices and benchmarks and develops recommendations for modifications to align to HR strategy and business goals.
  • Effectively manage and collaborate with vendors and external partners, including managing performance of contracts to ensure maximum value of services are delivered, as well as negotiating new contracts & agreements
  • Determine, implement, and report metrics (including OKR's) that assess and monitor the effectiveness of ongoing programs and new initiatives. Maintain strategic dashboards and reports key insights in your area of responsibility
  • Continue to identify new sustainable, scalable tools, to enhance program capabilities across the organization
  • Responsible for scaling operations and HR programs for the new site
  • Determine areas of program and process improvements and work with the team to implement changes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of work-related issues, records and company information.

Shift:

1st Shift (M-F 8am-5pm)

Skills and Qualifications:

Education, Training, Certification(s) and Minimum years of experience required

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or related fields or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • 7+ years of experience working in HR, with at least 4+ years working on projects and programs, preferably in a technology-based company

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Software, and Tools

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work through processes, identify and implement process improvements and resolve complex matters.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational/prioritization skills with an ability to multi-task to manage multiple projects while maintaining a close attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Strong relationship management, negotiation and influencing skills, sense of urgency
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Program management experience, business acumen, critical thinking and problem solving
  • Comfortable working with large amounts of data and communicating data findings, experience establishing and tracking program metrics including return on investment
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess proven operational, interpersonal, vendor management and leadership skills.
  • Familiar with core project management concepts and tools (ie RACI, process mapping, root cause analysis, etc.)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
