Fanatics is seeking to hire two HRIS contractors for immediate hire. The role will be for ~9-12 months and pay is based on experience. It will range from $30 - $46/hr. This role can be onsite in our Jacksonville FL office and/or REMOTE. The hours may vary due to global support.
Primary Responsibility:
Coordinate the activities (i.e. system maintenance, project implementation, user support and training) relative to maintaining efficiencies in performance, process, and reporting within the Human Resource Information System and Time Keeping System.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Management or Human Resource Management desired.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in HRIS Administration required.
- Experience with UKG Pro, Workday, Ceridian Dayforce, or similar Human Capital Management system as well as Enterprise Time & Attendance system required, such as UKG Dimensions.
- Must possess a strong understanding of HR/processes and administration to ensure compliance with appropriate federal and state legislation.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel a must.
Essential Functions:
- Perform data audits, and reconcile internal data with third party vendor data.
- Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of HRIS system.
- Provide HRIS reporting on regular and as needed basis, generate standard reports for Human Resources or managerial personnel.
- System Security Administration.
- Maintain and update HRIS procedural documentation.
- Perform process analysis, recommend and implement process improvements.
- Assists with system upgrades.
- Support and train HRIS users.
- Must maintain good attendance.
- Maintain safe work practices.
- Maintain safeguards of confidential company information.
- Other duties and special projects as requested.
Qualifications / Additional Skills / Aptitude:
- Strong organizational and analytical skills required.
- Must be able to meet constant deadlines and time constraints.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential for success.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to effectively manage and implement multiple projects.
- Must be analytical, results-oriented, self-directed, and have excellent time management skills.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bilingual skills a plus
