Our client is growing and Leaders Staffing is seeking a experienced Human Resources Leader! The client is located south of Fort Wayne, IN in Adams County.
This is a direct hire, permanent, full-time position with our client.
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for leading all operations within the Administrations Department including employment, wage compensation, benefits, training, document control, EHS, IT, facility security and associate relations. The Position directly reports to the Vice President.
The ideal candidate will have prior HR supervisory experience and familiar with OSHA safety standards. Knowledge of ISO 14001, IATF 16949 and DOT standards a plus.
Education Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources/Business Management/related field or equivalent work experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
