Location: 332 Congress Park Dr Centerville, OH 45459

The HR Assistant for the Voss Auto Network will have experience in recruiting, onboarding and have a general HR background. Will need to have strong computer skills along with a strong recruiting background.
The primary function of the HR Assistant is recruiting and on boarding:
Placing job posting into ATS and on social media
Recruiting with postings at area schools and attending job fairs
Sourcing candidates, completing phone screening and reference checking
Reviewing resumes for the managers
Scheduling pre-employment testing
On-boarding all new employees and data entry into Reynolds and Reynolds HR/Payroll system.
As the HR assistant you will also support the HR/Payroll Manager by:
Preparing and assisting with new hire benefit meetings
Responding to unemployment concerns with the TPA
Completing separation paperwork and exit interviews
Responding to questions from employees
Running reports and compiling data when needed
