Job Title: Human Resources Supervisor

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year (DOQ)

Location: Golden Valley, MN

Schedule: Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm)

Calling all Healthcare Human Resource Leaders! We are searching for a HR Supervisor that will be responsible for process improvements, employee customer service and additional HR functions such as workers compensation, unemployment, payroll and supporting our new hire orientation. (HR) Human Resources Supervisor Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR / Human Resources, Master’s Degree and/or SHRM-CP or PHR certification is ideal.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an HR / Human Resources leadership or supervisory role is required
  • Thorough knowledge of employment and compliance regulations and laws
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry, and associated roles, rules, and regulations, is ideal
  • Evident leader and influencer who exhibits integrity, drives company culture initiatives, and resolves conflicts
  • Polished communication skills for written, interpersonal, small-group, and presentation deliveries
  • COVID-19 vaccination upon hire, or approved accommodation/exemption
  • Other duties as assigned

(HR) Human Resources Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HR / Human Resources team’s daily operations to support the business in functions such as onboarding, training, retention, compensation, employee relations, and compliance
  • Drive HR strategy by reviewing and recommending improvements of HR policies, procedures, and practices using data and analysis
  • Maintain organizational compliance with all levels of legislation; develop an audit schedule, perform periodic audits of HR files and records, and consult with legal counsel as appropriate
  • Manage the negotiation and enrollment for multiple companies’ employee benefit programs
  • Function as a liaison between staff and administration, and as a coach to managers in addressing staff concerns and/or issues
  • Oversee all records and employee relations items; such as employment law compliance, investigations, workers’ compensation records, FMLA, etc.
  • Continually assess company culture, morale, engagement, performance, and follow-through on recommendations for improvements or best practices
