We’re recruiting a Human Resources Manager for our Gloucester-based client! The successful candidate will have prior experience working in a senior HR advisory role.

As Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and improving the Payroll and HR functions. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to develop the HR function at a leading company on a permanent basis.
Your role will include:
Implementing sustainable and forward-thinking HR solutions
Managing employee relations and retainment
Coaching managers to drive their teams towards long-term growth
Offering advice to Department Managers on HR protocol and processes
Producing and delivering projects regarding HR strategy
Championing diversity and inclusion
Overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes
Supporting the company’s performance and growth targets
Frequently review employment legislation, assess its impact on the business and adapt organisational policies accordingly
Ensuring that HR records and personal files are kept up to date and stored confidentially in accordance with GDPR provisions
