Job Description Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Sourcing and Recruiting Coordinator is as an initial point of contact for Cardinal Glass Spring Hill FG with accountability to source and identify qualified and quality production candidates through engagement that feeds the recruitment process. This position will lead sourcing efforts, maintain databases, and track candidate pipeline activity.
- Responsible for managing and posting positions on all web-based resources utilized by Cardinal Glass Spring Hill FG.
- Responsible for managing production job openings, including ensuring accuracy and consistency in the recruiting process. Participate in and support candidate screening and hiring processes.
- Coordinate and attend internal and external hiring events as well as local community, civic, high school, technical, and college/university events.
- Plan, coordinate, and assist with onboarding of employees using company software and systems. Process new hire documents, participate in orientation for new hires, assist in scheduling trainings, and be a first point of contact for new hire questions.
- Assist in the coordination and planning of employee events, such as company outings, holiday parties, and team-building activities as a member of the recreation committee.
- Ability to step into other roles and cross-functionally perform job duties such as payroll, as necessary, to support business objectives.
- Efficiently track and manage office inventory, office collateral supplies and resources. Manage employee online store program.
- Support employee communication through use of the digital signage platform.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications include:
- 2+-year college degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong customer service focus: ability to interact with employees, contractors, and vendors in a helpful, courteous, and professional manner.
- Highly effective team player with excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Resourceful self-starter with ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
- Strong demonstrated initiative and work ethic.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain data integrity in all work.
- Strong communications skills (written and verbal).
- Analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Time management/priority setting.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
