Job description

The Human Resource Specialist/Recruiter is responsible for providing technical assistance our leadership team regarding recruiting, training and human resources. The HR Specialist/Recruiter will recruit qualified direct care professionals with a specific focus on mental health roles, management and administrative support. They are accountable for full cycle recruitment including and not limited to:

• Screen resumes and applications
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate second interviews
• Communication with site management status of open positions
• Maintain candidate database of all candidate information
• Conducting background checks, including obtaining references
• Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation

Bachelor’s degree in related field (human resources, business, etc.) and two (2) years of experience, training, or additional education within the Human Resources discipline.

Pay: $41,600.00 - $52,000.00 per year
