We are looking for an HVAC In-Home Sales Consultant to join our Home Comfort Specialist team!
This position will be based out of our North Hampton, NH location serving southern NH and surrounding areas.

About The Role:
As a home comfort consultant your primary responsibility is to listen to the needs of our customers, and guide them in selecting the best new heating, AC and indoor air quality equipment for their home, family and budget. Other responsibilities include:
- Establishing excellent customer rapport
- Maintaining our high standards of customer service
- Performing proper load calculations to ensure proper system sizing and design
- Creating sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation team
- Educating and assisting customers in choosing the best finance options
- Collecting payment at the time of service
- Working closely with the Install Manager and Home Comfort Team to discuss and set the annual sales plan - including sales and marketing strategies
- Working with the CIO, Install Manager, Service Manager and other Home Comfort team members to achieve sales goals
- Following Heritage processes
- Attending both individual and team meetings for constant communication, training, accountability, and relationship (daily huddles, weekly team meetings, 1:1 coaching, and fun events)
- Working with the Installation Manager and team to quickly resolve client inquiries and concerns
Qualifications:
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proven track record in outside sales OR strong customer service experience (industry experience not required)
- Highly organized with exceptional follow through abilities
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Good presentation and public speaking skills
- Quick, sound decision-making abilities
- Ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy
- Excel in a people centric, goal-driven environment
- An entrepreneurial spirit- you like taking initiative and ownership of your career and personal development
- Willingness to always learn, and follow company procedures
- Comfortable navigating a tablet/smartphone, apps and business software
- You have a flexible schedule and are able to be on-call and work after normal business hours if needed

- This is a salaried position with potential for monthly and quarterly bonus based on performance.
Work Schedule:
- Full-Time
- Monday-Friday and rotating Saturday's
- On-call for emergencies (evenings/weekends-rotating)
