HVAC Lead Service Technician
Burnt out, under-appreciated amazingly intelligent service technician wanted.

My name is Priscilla. I grew up in the HVAC world and my father owned this HVAC company for 40 years. He talked about retiring and shutting the business down. I imagined his employees losing their jobs after working for him for some 25, 30 years. Since I'd worked there since I was 9, I offered to buy the business so the employees could keep their jobs. They kindly taught me the technical side of the industry and for the last seven years, we've been growing as a company.

I would like to take a moment of your time and be real with you. I know that it can be hard to take that leap and take a chance on applying at a new company. I want to make this as easy for you as I can.

Sadly, all too often great technicians are under-appreciated and burnt out. Their voice is not heard in the "corporation." Too often, they are denied training opportunities and work without the proper tools and support.

When I bought Worthing Air, I knew that in order to create a culture of excellence, honesty, integrity, and teamwork, I would have to break the norms. I vowed to provide this culture to my team, while also giving back to our community. To treat people that work for me with respect, upgrading equipment, providing training and making sure our staff had the necessary tools to get the job done safely and efficiently.

Are we perfect? No. But we are far better than most and striving to improve every day. We are experiencing growth, and in light of that we are loking to hire an experienced service technician.

• EPA Type II (Required)
