We're seeking a Sales Representative, offering a salary plus a generous commission plan to prospect and generate new customers in the Lee County and surrounding area. We are seeking a person that can develop the area and then manage the operations as a branch manager. This isn't your ordinary sales job. We are a well-established Mechanical Contractor with name recognition in our industry with a rapidly growing Service Group. We work hard, we learn and we have fun along the way.

- Sell, market, and promote service maintenance contracts.
- Cold calling and prospecting to develop new opportunities.
- Site visits to meet with prospective clients
- Estimating and surveying of Maintenance Contracts
- Aggressively manage quotes to close sales
- Selling and execution of new maintenance agreements, related repairs within these accounts
- 5+ years of HVAC outside sales experience with proven track record of delivering superior results
- 2-year degree in business or related field preferred
- Thorough understanding of commercial HVAC equipment, components, and systems
- Experience in estimating commercial HVAC systems and components
- Self-motivated with a passion for relationship building and gaining repeat and new business.
- Expert level of verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Neat, professional appearance
- Ability to schedule appointments and manage time to assure maximum productivity and responsiveness to customer time schedules
- Solid computer skills in Outlook, Word and Excel
- Valid FL driver’s license/insurability, clean criminal background
- Superior communication and interpersonal (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.) skills
