River Rock Property is a property management company providing high quality customer service to local residents and property owners. We offer rental homes, twinhomes and apartments in Fargo/Moorhead and surrounding areas.

We are looking for a full-time experienced HVAC Technician with general knowledge of basic maintenance to join our team.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

• Performing routine HVAC maintenance
• Performing break/fix HVAC maintenance
• Gas and electric furnaces
• Ductless heating and cooling systems
• Boiler systems
• Circulator pumps
• Ventilation fans

Additonal Responsibilities:

• Complete work orders and general maintenance of rental properties; including heating, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, flooring and other general repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance and ensure the attractive appearance of all buildings and grounds.
• Prepare open apartments for rental.
• Responsible for responding to on-call emergencies on a rotating after hours schedule.
• Assist with Lawn/Landscaping and Snow removal as needed.
• Additional projects as assigned.

Knowledge, Skill and Competency Requirements:

· HVAC: 2 years

· EPA Certification

• Excellent customer service and communication skills;
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work as part of a team;
• Superior time management, organization and attention to details.
• General maintenance experience required.
• Expertise in electrical, heating, plumbing, appliance installation/repair, dry-wall repair, or related areas a plus.
• Must be available for on-call and weekends on a rotation.
• Knowledge of Property Management software is a plus.
• Current valid driver license, with a good driving record, and a reliable form of personal transportation from site to site.

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
